1. Bust:
   • Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
   • Ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight, and take the measurement while wearing a well-fitting bra.
2. Waist:
   • Measure around the narrowest point of your waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
   • Make sure not to hold your breath or suck in your stomach while measuring.
3. Hips:
   • Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hips.
   • Keep the tape parallel to the floor and ensure it goes over the widest part of your buttocks.
4. Shoulder:
   • Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other.
   • Keep the tape on the top of the shoulders, just below the base of the neck.
   • Ensure that the tape is straight and not slanting downward on the back.

Remember to stand naturally and comfortably while taking these measurements, and use a flexible tape measure for accurate results.
