- Bust:
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight, and take the measurement while wearing a well-fitting bra.
- Waist:
- Measure around the narrowest point of your waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Make sure not to hold your breath or suck in your stomach while measuring.
- Hips:
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hips.
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor and ensure it goes over the widest part of your buttocks.
- Shoulder:
- Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other.
- Keep the tape on the top of the shoulders, just below the base of the neck.
- Ensure that the tape is straight and not slanting downward on the back.
