Exchange Applicable Only For

Exchange may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Major transit damage.
  • Incorrect size sent by us.

Requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Product Condition for Exchange / Return

Products must be:

  • Unused.
  • Unwashed.
  • Undamaged.
  • With original tags and packaging.
  • Accompanied by order details or invoice.

Strictly Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Pre-booked products.
  • Discounted or offer products.
  • Worn, washed, used, perfumed, or damaged garments.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect care.
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or invoice/order proof.

Important Policy for Online Orders

Online order exchanges, returns, or refund requests will be processed only through official online support.

Online products will not be exchanged, returned, or refunded at offline stores/showrooms.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel.

An unboxing video may be required for claims related to:

  • Damage.
  • Missing items.
  • Wrong product delivery.
  • Severe transit damage.

How to Raise an Exchange / Refund Request

For any exchange, return, damage, or refund request, customers must share the following details on WhatsApp only:

  • Exact issue clearly mentioned.
  • Clear photos and videos of the product.
  • Order number or invoice details.
  • Unboxing video, wherever applicable.

Verification Process

All exchange, return, damage, or refund requests are subject to verification by Rubynique.

Approval will depend on the product condition, issue reported, supporting photos/videos, order details, and compliance with this policy.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days after successful verification.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by Rubynique, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Product Variation Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, print, embroidery, texture, fitting, fabric appearance, stitching placement, or drape may occur due to lighting, screen display, photography, handcrafted processes, or natural fabric characteristics.

Such variations shall not be treated as defects.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable unless required under applicable law:

  • Shipping charges.
  • COD charges.
  • Customs duties.
  • International shipping charges.
  • Import taxes, VAT, or destination country charges.

Rubynique reserves the right to reject any suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or policy-violating claim.
