Welcome to Rubynique. We are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and efficiently.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, sale periods, live shows, or high-order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
Customized, altered, pre-booked, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the design, fabric, and workload.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available for selected locations. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and destination country charges may vary accordingly and shall be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are provided below:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values, as decided by Rubynique from time to time.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Customers are requested to track their shipment using the tracking details provided and remain available at the delivery address.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and mobile number provided during checkout are correct and complete.
Rubynique shall not be responsible for failed delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Wrong mobile number.
- Customer not available at the delivery address.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts.
- Customer refusing to accept the parcel.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged, Open, or Tampered Parcels
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
Any damage, missing item, open parcel, tampered parcel, or wrong product issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp support.
For such claims, customers may be required to share:
- Order details.
- Clear photos of the parcel and product.
- Clear unboxing video.
- Exact issue faced by the customer.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Rubynique shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, political disturbances, strikes, natural calamities, transport disruption, internet outages, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment tracking and courier follow-up wherever possible.
9. International Shipping
For international orders, delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination country and courier serviceability.
Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges, local compliance requirements, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Rubynique shall not be responsible for customs delays, customs rejection, seizure, penalties, or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities.
